Built with oversized 1.25" coils and 3/8" coil cores, this shader delivers strong, consistent magnetic pull with a smooth, balanced hit suited for black and grey work, traditional shading, and steady saturation. The silicon bronze contact screw and brass hardware help maintain reliable conductivity and stable machine response throughout long tattoo sessions.

Smooth and slappy shader with lots of range. Great for Whippin' black and packin' color. turn it up or turn it down. Runs on the lower side of the voltage range. Best between  5v and 5.5v

All parts are made by hand, manually, on a mill and a lathe. This includes the coil deck/tube vise, spring deck, upright, shelf brace, armature bar, springs, coil cores, front and back binding posts.
