Flexible Wire Insulator – Stretchable Protective Sleeving
About this item
Our Flexible Wire Insulator offers a soft, stretchable alternative to traditional braided and coated insulating sleeving. With an uncoated construction and excellent flexibility, this sleeving is easy to manipulate during assembly and provides a clean, finished appearance for custom wiring projects.
Unlike our firmer braided and coated options, this material has noticeably more stretch and give, allowing it to flex and conform around wiring with ease. Its pliable construction makes it an excellent choice for traditional coil tattoo machine building, equipment restoration, repairs, and custom projects where flexibility is preferred.
Available in 21 vibrant colors and finishes, including neons, pastels, and glitters, it's a great option for adding a custom touch to your builds.

Choosing the Right Wire Insulator
We offer three styles of wire insulator to accommodate different assembly preferences:
- Braided Wire Insulator: Firmest and sturdiest option, with minimal stretch.
- Coated Wire Insulator: Smooth finish with slight flexibility, allowing it to slide easily over wiring.
- Flexible Wire Insulator: Softest option, offering the most stretch and flexibility.
All three styles have been tested during our coil assembly process and are suitable for traditional coil tattoo machine builds.
