I had no idea just how much my life was about to change. Within a year, I was persuaded to get heavily tattooed and given the name Cindy Ray, with the prospect of being on show as the tattooed lady. Harry Bartram, the photographer, then branched out into a tattoo supply business, even having had a machine in the Cindy Ray range of equipment.
